An initial meeting to discuss the basic scope of the work and the client's expectations is offered free of charge. After this meeting, a design estimate is presented to the client for review. The estimate will typically guarantee the estimate within a certain percentage, the amount of the percentage depends on the complexity and size of the project. This estimate will break down the estimated costs in hours associated with the design process (see Design Process Outline).
